After a few days in and around Cape Town, we’ll be going on an amazing 4x4 roadtrip to the Cederberg Wilderness. Expect otherworldly landscapes and a night sky like you’ve never seen before.

Teacher

Daena believes yoga to be a powerful tool to transform one's life and has been a student of the practice for 8 years.

With 5 years of teaching experience and 500 HR certifications, her style is mostly Hatha-based, focusing on slow and steady sequencing to allow the body to fully experience and integrate the holistic medicine of yoga, breath & meditation.

Her classes are accessible to all levels.

3 nights at Khaya Kite & Yoga Guesthouse in Cape Town. Only a 5m walk from the beach, or just retreat by the pool!
3 nights at the most stunning and remote locations in the Cederberg Mountains
